Philip is the principal of the Business.

Philip has worked with three accounting firms and one property development firm before setting up Compass and has over 20 years’ experience in providing accounting, taxation and business advice to small & medium businesses in a variety of industries.

Philip's experience includes a wide range of business projects, business structural reviews, cash flow management and property development for many business clients.

Philip is actively involved with businesses ranging from start-ups to mature organisations with international operations.

Philip also specialises in auditing Self-Managed Superannuation Funds, auditing more than 500 SMSF a year.
